Tails-Weary Leg, 2026
Pencil colour and pencil on paper
Height 42 cm x Width 49 cm
Artist information
War is one of the greatest challenges in human life. In the midst of conflict, both body and mind grow exhausted, and the legs falter under the weight of continuous struggle. Weary Legs captures this exhaustion and the profound impact of war. The effects of destruction, the strain on human forms, and the arduous journeys of survival are all reflected in the fatigue of the legs.
These weary legs signify the loss of human strength, resilience, and the ability to confront challenges. Even as the body collapses under pressure, the human spirit struggles to maintain hope and continue its journey.
