This is a medicinal herb that was once commonly found in my surrounding environment but is now gradually becoming scarce. It is highly effective in treating swelling, sprains, and muscle stiffness. It is known to improve physical vitality, enhance memory, strengthen brain nerves, and support bone health.
Through this work, I express my desire to protect and regenerate such plant species, emphasizing the importance of preserving them for future generations.
