I explore the silence of memory, loss, and bodiless existence. The stories of the disappeared are not presented directly, but are revealed through the traces they have left behind. The human body is absent, yet only the marks that indicate its presence remain. This sense of absence becomes both a sign of the body and a symbol of disappearance.
Within the context of human violence, these elements transform into silent witnesses. What remains is not the act of violence itself, but its memory. It points to the nature of memory, the truths altered by time, the fragmentation of history, and the stories that have been concealed. This work ultimately becomes a question: how do we remember those who are absent?
